Wind is the first of its kind where it combined the unstructured data processing and document review. This combination minimized the barrier to entry for mid-size and small law firms to use the industry’s best tools in their firms.

To differentiate Wind from other legal data product on the market, Syde Agency implemented a light and natural aesthetic for the a pleasant and calming UX.
Product interface was developed with HTML5 and CSS3 on a 12-column responsive grid.
Identifying the right platforms is important when developing new technology. For Wind, Syde Agency analyzed multiple options for the development of the web app. Finally, WordPress was selected as the system of choice. WordPress provided the framework for registered users and an administrator backend for the client to conveniently self-manage their new product. The web app was developed using woocommerce and accepts customer payments using a PCI-compliant payment gateway.
By developing on top of WordPress, the client was able to keep costs down and retain maintenance and ongoing development costs in house.
Product Operations Development
The best way to describe Wind is as an e-commerce storefront for E-STET’s most commonly sold services. We developed the procedures behind Wind to easily provide the technical team with the information required to perform the work. The Wind web app completely automated payment, data delivery, and notifications to all involved users. This created a new revenue stream which eliminated sales and onboarding friction through the web app.
Syde Agency created marketing pages with the vision that midsize and small law firms will now have access to the leading tools in the industry. With this in mind, we focused wind’s messaging to speak to the midsize and small law firm audience. Wind provides a tool once exclusively available to only large law practices. Having access to these top-tier tools is a point of empowerment for small law offices. Wind’s language was written to emphasize this and connect with the small law firm to powerful resources.
Email marketing campaigns were planned and executed. Compelling imagery and copy was used to encourage actions within the email. Wind Legal’s email database was culled and segmented to identify the highest potential clients. Each segment received customized email messages to maximize conversion.
