TennisPAL is a social networking app for iOS and Android that connects tennis players from around the globe to play a match anywhere, any time. Through the app, users can find local coaches and playing partners of similar levels, coordinate matches, learn tips, and share experiences.
What the client wanted:
The client wanted to gain exposure for the app in the local area while bringing the virtual TennisPAL community together.
What we did:
Syde Agency negotiated the sponsorship of the “Battle of the Sexes” film screening at the Wiltern Theatre and invited the TennisPAL community to attend the event. The sponsorship allowed TennisPAL to be advertised on the exterior marquee of the Wiltern Theatre, providing exceptional promotion. The event also gave members of the TennisPAL community a fantastic setting for socializing, networking, and enjoying a night of film in Los Angeles.
The event was well attended and an enjoyable space to celebrate International Women’s Day. The TennisPAL brand was highlighted throughout the event bringing positive marketing to the brand.
